Summary: As a Marketing Executive at McArthurGlen Group, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the East Midlands centre, focusing on digital content and performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing engaging content across social media, email, and the centre website.
  • Supporting seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events that drive footfall and sales.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to deliver targeted digital strategies.
  • Liaising with retail teams and brand partners to promote offers and enhance commercial performance.
  • Producing and briefing high-quality photo and video assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitoring digital performance through analytics and reporting monthly results.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with McArthurGlen’s tone of voice and brand standards.
  • Supporting local digital partnerships to grow social media reach and engagement.
  • Assisting with marketing budget tracking and financial administration.
  • Acting as a Duty Manager on a rota, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the centre.

Key Skills:

  • Educated to Degree standard or equivalent.
  • Marketing/PR qualification certificate or diploma is desirable.
  • Experience of managing, maintaining and creating engaging content for social media channels.
  • Experience with CMS and CRM Systems.
  • Relevant marketing (including digital marketing)/PR experience.
  • Experience of a customer handling environment.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • IT skills: Advanced level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • IT skills: Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Adobe Photoshop.

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing our centre’s marketing strategy to life, with a strong focus on digital content and performance. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based on-site at our East Midlands centre, with duty management responsibilities, including evenings and weekends on a rota.

You’ll be:

To be successful you’ll bring...
