Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Marketing & Events Senior Executive to join their Altrincham office on a 14-month FTC basis. The role involves assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of business and marketing events, including seminars, webinars, networking sessions, client hospitality, and corporate functions.
The Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics (venues, suppliers, catering, materials, registration), attend events to ensure smooth delivery, and act as the main contact for delegates and speakers.
- Work with the Head of Marketing on timelines, budgets, and run sheets, ensuring deadlines are met, while supporting event promotion across email, web, and social media.
- Manage CRM records with Legal PA support, generate delegate lists and reports, and analyse feedback and performance data to measure ROI and identify improvements.
- Coordinate event-related marketing materials, assist with presentations, proposals, and award submissions, and ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance.
- Support competitor research, market analysis, and extract insights from data to inform campaign optimisation and enhance event offerings.
- Liaise professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders, contribute to wider marketing projects, and undertake training to support business needs.
The Candidate:
Proven background in professional services or corporate events, with strong knowledge of event and marketing best practices, combining analytical skills, creativity, and project management. Proficient in MS Office, webinar platforms (Zoom/MS Teams Events), design tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), and email marketing software (e.g. Campaign Monitor). Strong team player able to work with central marketing teams to deliver high-quality projects while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
