Summary: The Marketing Effectiveness Incrementality Lead is a senior contractor role within a UK financial services business experiencing significant growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Extract actionable insight from existing MMM outputs
- Design, prioritise and own the incrementality and experimentation roadmap
- Lead conversion lift, geo tests and channel experiments end-to-end
- Make confident mid-flight decisions on live tests and investment
- Coach channel owners on test design and decision logic
- Present clear, non-technical recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive material improvements in marketing efficiency
Key Skills:
- Proven ownership of marketing measurement and incrementality
- Hands-on experience running experimentation programmes
- Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder influence
- Confident presenting to senior leaders
- Excel essential, SQL beneficial
- Exposure to MMM (not necessarily built from scratch)
- Experience in fast-growth, ecommerce or performance-led environments
- Brand and/or offline channel exposure
- Regulated or public company experience
