If you're passionate about eCommerce and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.Role OverviewAs our Marketing ecommerce Executive, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, leading and executing plans to improve our Shopify website, drive revenue growth, and improve customer retention. You will work closely with the Business Manager and a friendly, supportive team to develop brand awareness, manage online operations, and exceed our ambitious sales targets.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive eCommerce strategy that aligns with our business goals. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify website, ensuring it s user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for SEO. Handle product listings, inventory management, and technical enhancements.Take charge of picking, packing, and shipping all incoming orders via our Royal Mail portal. Manage returns efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to maximise conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content. Generate engaging promotional emails using Mailchimp.Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings on the eCommerce platform. Optimise product categorisation and filtering to enhance the shopping experience.Continuously improve the online shopping experience by enhancing website features, optimising checkout processes, and streamlining customer service.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce operations.
