Summary: The Marketing AdTech Data Analyst role is focused on supporting data-driven marketing and advertising initiatives within a fast-paced ad-tech environment. The position requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, SQL, and Python. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver insights and optimize campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver custom insights and analytics to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements, communicating findings with clarity and impact.
- Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to scalable reporting solutions, data transformation and automation strategies.
Key Skills:
- Professional experience in marketing analytics, data science or similar.
- Proven expertise with Tableau (or similar tools such as PowerBI).
- Advanced programming skills in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with data warehousing and database modeling (Snowflake experience a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Background in ad-tech or digital marketing platforms is highly desirable, as well as experience working with external data partners to enhance ad targeting.
- Familiarity with automated data ingestion, APIs and marketing data pipelines.
