Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into structured analytical problems and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Design, write, and optimise SQL queries to extract and transform data from cloud-based platforms.
  • Build dashboards, visualisations, and analytical reports using Tableau or Sigma.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer segmentation using Salesforce CRM data.
  • Support and enhance ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes.
  • Conduct rigorous data validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to data governance and documentation best practices.

Key Skills:

  • 3-10 years' experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, or BI.
  • Advanced SQL skills; experience with Snowflake highly desirable.
  • Proven track record with Tableau or Sigma for dashboards and storytelling.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance tools (Atlan or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
