Summary: A global organization in the financial information services sector is seeking a Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist to join its Marketing Operations team. The role requires a data-driven marketing professional with at least three years of experience, ideally in financial services, to transform complex marketing data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage interactive dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI to support marketing planning and execution.
- Interpret campaign and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to embed data insights and AI-driven analysis into workflows.
- Apply advanced analytics and automation tools to improve targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track, evaluate, and present key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend enhancements to marketing activity based on data findings and emerging best practices.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing analytics or similar role, preferably within a financial organisation.

- Demonstrated experience analysing marketing performance data and metrics.
- Experience with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics.
