Summary: The Marketing Data Analyst role focuses on providing actionable insights to the Performance Marketing team, specifically for digital marketing channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Affiliates. The position requires a strong background in digital marketing analytics and the ability to work with various BI tools and data sets. The role is based in the KT16 area, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days onsite per week. Full right to work in the UK is required for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and actionable insights to the Performance Marketing team.
  • Deliver reports, PCAs, and insights on paid media performance.
  • Develop new dashboards and interrogate the data warehouse using SQL.
  • Adapt approaches to meet changing business requirements.
  • Utilize BI tools and ad buying platforms to analyze data and generate insights.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, Adobe Analytics, Looker Data Studio.
  • Expertise in paid media ad platforms.
  • Understanding of GA4, URL tracking, on-site tracking, and tagging.
  • Experience in digital paid media or from an enablers perspective.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience developing new dashboards.
  • Comfortable using large data sets to generate key insights.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience in E-commerce and/or DTC with exposure to multiple paid marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of ad buying platforms and insights tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Amazon.

Marketing Data Analyst - Insight Analyst - Digital Marketing

# 3 days/week onsite in KT16 area.

We are currently looking for Data Analyst, with a background in Digital Marketing analytics, to provide practical and actionable insights to the Performance Marketing team - namely, Google, Meta, TikTok and Affiliates marketing channels.

Essential skills:

  • Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, Adobe Analytics, Looker Data Studio etc. Paid Media ad platform expertise (essential for the role.)
  • Ability to deliver reports, PCAs, and insights on paid media performance.
  • Understanding of GA4, URL tracking, on-site tracking, and tagging.
  • Experience in digital paid media or from an enablers perspective.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience developing new dashboards.
  • Comfortable using large data sets to generate key insights.
  • Ability to interrogate the data warehouse using SQL (basic level knowledge.)
  • Experience working in an E-commerce and/or DTC background with exposure to multiple paid marketing channels.
  • Knowledge and capability of using ad buying platforms and insights tools Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Amazon etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to change approach to mirror business requirements, for example, pivoting between automated vs. manual solutions in order to complete data tasks.
