Summary: The Marketing Coordinator role is focused on providing administrative support to a dynamic marketing team within a leading global medical technology company. Key Responsibilities:

• Support for Imaging & Solutions by coordinating customer engagement activities.
• Execute tasks with a lean approach to optimize total process time.
• Create and manage action lists, follow up, and communicate progress to the team.
• Ensure compliance for sponsorships, partnerships, and KOL speaker engagements.
• Draft legal agreements such as speaking agreements and consent forms.
• Manage compliance of all locally generated marketing materials.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for collaterals and merchandise.
• Organize customer travel schedules and ensure seamless communication.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and compliance status.
• Implement and coordinate processes to adhere to company procedures.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments for events.
