Summary: The Marketing Content Manager will lead the creation and delivery of content across various brands and channels, focusing on aligning with strategic marketing goals. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multi-brand strategies and engage diverse audiences. Candidates with experience in higher education are preferred, but those from other industries with relevant backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. The position is hybrid based in London and offers a daily rate of £500 outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across multiple brands and platforms, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely production and distribution of engaging content across web, social media, email, print, and other digital channels.
- Lead content planning and campaign execution to support student recruitment, brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, digital, PR, and recruitment) to develop integrated marketing materials that meet audience needs.
- Commission, edit, and write high-quality content (blogs, case studies, videos, guides, and reports) with strong SEO and user-experience considerations.
- Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and brand messaging across various channels and audiences.
- Analyse content performance using data and insights to inform future strategy and optimise engagement.
- Oversee content governance, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and brand compliance across platforms.
- Manage relationships with external content creators, agencies, and freelancers when required.
