Reporting into and working closely with the CEO of this multi site business, you will focus on brand strategy and position. We are looking for a candidate who has worked at Head of Marketing level or Marketing Management level within Retail Operations, Construction/Property, Retail Management or Facilities.You will have involvement with:Devising a new marketing and brand strategy, focusing on market positioning and business growthYou will create collateral for the business producing effective and engaging content with extensive case studies, photo and video materialCreating new campaigns that provide compelling reading resulting in the business standing out from competitorsExtensive communication internally and externally with all stakeholders and leading an existing Marketing ManagerWorking directly with the CEO to ensure the proposed strategy aligns with business goalsLooking at overall efficiencies to create improvementsWhat we need for this role:Previous experience within a Head of Marketing or strategic Marketing management roleExperience within Retail Ops, Store Management, Property/Construction or FacilitiesYour focus will be on growth and market position, continually assessing opportunities to drive new businessFocused, tenacious and high energy individual to bring new ideas and communicate these business wideThis is an urgent role.
