Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content across a variety of platforms including print, web, email marketing, social media, and press
- Lead on digital communications, managing the organisation’s website and social channels to increase reach and engagement
- Oversee media relations, writing press releases, and building strong relationships with journalists and media outlets
- Support internal communications and ensure key organisational messages are communicated effectively across teams
- Collaborate with fundraising, service delivery, and leadership teams to ensure messaging is coherent and aligned
- Analyse performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting approaches as necessary
- Manage the communications calendar and work with external suppliers and freelancers as needed

- Previous experience in a marketing and communications role, specifically within a charity or not-for-profit environment
