Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support IT projects across Marketing, Admissions, and Communications business functions.
- Oversee global projects within a matrix or multinational environment.
- Implement marketing technology and digital platforms, including API integrations.
- Support change initiatives alongside Change Managers or Transformation Leads.
- Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project.
- Manage risks and issues, anticipating blockers and driving resolutions.
- Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support IT Projects across our client’s Marketing, Admissions and Communications business functions.
Experience
- Proven experience managing or supporting global projects within a matrix or multinational environment
- Experience in marketing technology or digital platform implementations incl. API integrations (e.g., CMS, CRM, social media tools)
- Strong track record of supporting change initiatives, preferably alongside a Change Manager or Transformation Lead
- Familiarity with social media operations, platforms, and performance metrics is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Risk and issue management mindset, with the ability to anticipate blockers and drive resolution
