Summary: The Marketing Communications Specialist role involves supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and aligning marketing tactics with business objectives for a global engineering and manufacturing client. The position requires conducting market research and monitoring marketing effectiveness while maintaining internal communications within the marketing department. This role is based in Desford and requires on-site work three days a week. The contract duration is 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of various marketing campaigns activities, including creative development.
• Support the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing tactics.
• Conduct market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Monitor metrics to review the effectiveness of existing marketing tactics.
• Maintaining effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.
