Key Responsibilities:
- Own UK NPD/EPD delivery end-to-end, working closely with Group Marketing (France)
- Manage critical paths, timelines, approvals and launch readiness
- Oversee packaging development, compliance and quality checks
- Execute brand and product campaigns across digital, social, PR, trade and outdoor
- Manage campaign calendars and agency partners
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
- Deliver shopper marketing activity across grocery & convenience
- Own POS, retailer.com and Brandbank optimisation
- Build compelling path-to-purchase assets for retail environments
- Build customer selling stories, decks and activation toolkits
- Support listings, launches and promotional activity
- Partner closely with Sales and Category teams
- Track campaign effectiveness and brand health
- Share insights and learnings to improve future performance
Key Skills:
- FMCG experience within food or drink
- Strong background in marketing execution, brand, shopper or commercial activation
- Exposure to UK grocery retailers
- Proven project management capability
- Digital / social marketing experience highly advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-driven and delivery-focused
