Summary: The Marketing Campaigns & Insight Analyst at Charles Tyrwhitt will focus on analyzing trading performance, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness to drive marketing strategies. This role requires collaboration with the Insights & Analytics team to enhance reporting and provide data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly trading performance analysis and reporting.
  • Assist the Marketing team in understanding trading variances and recommend improvements.
  • Review and update customer database insights to reflect current trends.
  • Mine customer database for ad-hoc insights to deliver additional business value.
  • Develop reports addressing customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for campaign selections.
  • Own Data, Print, and Mailing briefs for Direct Mail campaigns.

Key Skills:

  • Direct, recent commercial experience in a customer-focused analytical, statistical, or quantitative role.
  • Experience in marketing analytics or insights, preferably in a campaign-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proactive approach to work and strong analytical skills.
