Summary: The International Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive attendance and awareness for C-level events and communities. This role requires a blend of project management, creativity, and analytical skills, focusing on both high-level strategy and detailed execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing campaign effectiveness. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at least once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the campaign calendar.
  • Execute targeted campaigns driving event attendance and community awareness.
  • Leverage team and best practices to develop campaign messaging.
  • Coordinate campaigns and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize messaging and channels.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in similar marketing roles.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
  • Demonstrable experience executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with various mediums/channels and best practices.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
