Summary: The International Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive attendance and awareness for C-level events and communities. This role requires a blend of project management, creativity, and analytical skills, focusing on both high-level strategy and detailed execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing campaign effectiveness. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at least once a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the campaign calendar.
- Execute targeted campaigns driving event attendance and community awareness.
- Leverage team and best practices to develop campaign messaging.
- Coordinate campaigns and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize messaging and channels.

Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in similar marketing roles.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
- Demonstrable experience executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with various mediums/channels and best practices.
- Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
