Summary: The Campaign Marketing Manager will lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving incremental growth and aligning with the overall business strategy. This role involves managing a marketing assistant, overseeing Hubspot operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and optimize marketing efforts. The position requires a strong background in strategic marketing, particularly in B2B contexts, and a focus on data-driven decision-making. The role is a 12-week fixed-term contract based in Holborn, London, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers the strategy and the targeted campaigns upstream to increase leads
- Create strategic plans designed to improve conversion to MQL
- Track and report on activities across the full funnel and suggest optimisations regularly
- Line manage a marketing assistant
- Management of Hubspot partnership and super user capability in the system
- Collaborating with pipedrive IT/Business owners for seamless customer experience
- Carry out data analysis for segmentation and targeting of audiences
- Reporting of own and marketing assistants' activity
- Track budget and own spend for campaigns
- Partner with senior management, lead projects and cross functional teams in shaping a robust campaign channel strategy
- Collaborate closely with the full marketing team and cross-functional teams (i.e. Bids, Sales) and lead on compelling content creation to deliver on shared objectives
- Develop and/or adapt Content and Digital assets centred around the client & anchored to the brand strategy
- Responsible for the in the year testing and execution, strategic planning, briefing & deployment across the full channel mix
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring ongoing alignment and engagement
- Monitor market, brand and competitor performance
- Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind our market evolution, share and sales performance, in order that ongoing recommendations can be made to the business
Key Skills:
- Progressive marketing experience required including campaign and ABM for lead generation
- Experience working in B2B selling to housing associations or local authority strongly preferred
- Able to work in an agile structure and influence senior managers in the business
- A genuine team player with a real desire to constantly learn & share ideas with colleagues across multi-functional business teams
- A strong grasp of strategic marketing is required, with experience of all the key disciplines
- Excellent content writing ability
- Client & customer-oriented thinking
- Experienced marketing in a digital world, (i.e. social media, e-commerce, analytics, campaign manager) is required
- Advertising / campaign development experience is required
- A desire and an ability to thrive in changing times & to be flexible to respond to changing business requirements in a complex environment is essential
