Summary: The Marketing Campaign Manager role within the Product and Propositions team focuses on enhancing marketing engagement and driving revenue growth through strategic product positioning and consumer preference. This position is initially a six-month fixed-term contract starting in April, with responsibilities including managing marketing targets, analyzing campaign performance, and developing customer journeys. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and stakeholder management. Proven experience in multi-channel marketing communications is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of aggregate Marketing targets and plans, including creative, media, channel, budgets and measurement
- Timely forecasting, analysis of data and reporting of performance through all stages of the funnel, using data to optimise campaign results
- Manage the development of marketing activity, liaising with colleagues in other teams across the wider Marketing CoE, Product and Channel teams to ensure all activity is aligned to agreed plans and essential procedures are followed
- Support the development of briefs/ briefings including creative, targeting, media and production
- Develop and build new connected customer needs-based journeys for customers and prospects that are highly segmented, relevant and orchestrate multiple touchpoints, ensuring creative integration of ATL, BTL and Digital communications where relevant
- Oversight and approval of creative assets, media and targeting plans
- Develop deep and trusted relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders across the nominated business and Marketing CoE to ensure customer focus and marketing activity that meet business requirements and strategic objectives
- Maintain a regular dialogue with these stakeholders to keep them informed on all key milestones and outcomes, and providing clear recommendations to drive performance uplift
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in creating, developing and delivering world class marketing communications through multiple channels, touchpoints and customer segments
- Sound and comprehensive relationship building and diplomacy skills to communicate complex material and influence stakeholders
- Broad and extensive experience of digital and marketing, particularly in direct marketing to customers via digital channels
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, with high levels of accuracy for work
- Desirable: Experience in B2B marketing, planning and delivering multi-variant marketing activities, working within an Agile project management environment, and experience in a highly regulated industry
