Job overview
You’ll support the delivery of our strategy in AXA Health’s Marketing and Operations team.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll work across Marketing, business and technical teams to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements captured to deliver improvements to marketing strategy, initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of team priorities and projects.
- Ensure best practice and consistency across the Marketing Business Analyst community.
- Spend time with IT, Business and Change teams to understand their processes and systems.
- Lead in-depth technical and business analysis.
- Provide detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work collaboratively with Developers, Testers and Technology and Strategy leads.
- Point of contact for colleagues, providing day-to-day management of marketing reporting and analytics.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026.
Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience
- Business analysis experience across campaign, new product launches and communications, within a Marketing function is essential.
- Use of insights and metrics to act and do things differently.
- Knowledge of document configuration.
- Presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid commercial understanding.
- Excellent storyteller and able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience of working within a regulated environment preferred.
