Summary: The Marketing Automation Executive role at Sommet Education involves managing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns for prestigious hospitality brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize campaigns, nurture streams, and personalization journeys for Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse & ISH.
- Create ad-hoc campaigns to support enrolment conversion activities.
- Implement testing plans to improve performance, content, and conversion rates.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing Automation & CRM to optimize business processes and manage landing pages, personalization blocks, and more.
- Ensure campaign performance meets targets and provide regular reporting and insights to improve ongoing campaigns.
Key Skills:
- At least 12 months of hands-on experience with a fully integrated Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot preferred).
- 2+ years in technology marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, SEO/SEM, web, social media, and omnichannel activities.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and HTML.
- Highly analytical with a focus on optimizing campaign performance.
- Fluent in English with a creative and commercial mindset.
- Experience with high-end/luxury goods or services and CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus.
