Summary: The Marketing Associate VIE role at Sanofi offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to develop their careers in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Irish Dupixent team and engage the cross-functional team to ensure execution of launch milestones.
  • Track activities to ensure brand awareness, adoption, and advocacy for Dupixent patients.
  • Collaborate with Field and Head Office teams to deliver on Customer Engagement vision in Ireland.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed KPIs.
  • Identify and leverage best practices from the wider Sanofi organization and share learnings with the IE team.
  • Support the development and delivery of the UKIE Brand Plan across various functions.
  • Translate the brand plan into an operational tactical plan within budget and on time.
  • Support the transformation of omnichannel capability within the IE Franchise.
  • Utilize agile ways of working to improve field orchestration continuously.
  • Maintain knowledge of ethics and governance relevant to the role and apply them to all work undertaken.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in marketing.
  • Experience in managing and completing projects.
  • Experience in brand planning, forecasting, and budget execution.
  • Innovative thinking and ability to translate ideas into impactful actions.
  • Agile mindset and leadership skills for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Networking and influencing skills across complex internal and external networks.
  • Resilience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Master’s degree in science, business, marketing, or related field.
