Summary: Leica Camera is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a one-year fixed-term contract to support the Head of Marketing and the marketing team in achieving business priorities while maintaining brand consistency. The role involves managing various marketing tasks, including event coordination, email management, and liaising with third-party suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude, contributing to various marketing initiatives and administrative support. A background in photography is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support head of marketing with daily tasks including Go-to-Market planning for product launches, events, and brand activations/partnerships.
- Manage and support Gallery events including events team management, coordination with Gallery Director and retail teams.
- Provide on-site support for brand events.
- Daily management of the Marketing email inbox.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers as required.
- Coordinate product loans and returns with Office manager and PR Agency.
- Manage marketing/PR stock inventory and conduct quarterly inventories.
- Support Trade Marketing with asset and content management for retailers, monitoring retailer website activity, promotions, and event collateral support.
- Assist Retail marketing with Leica.Connect events, VM/POS Material ordering, and third-party scheduling.
- Support Social Media Manager with ad hoc tasks and management of Leica channels during holidays.
- Manage Leica Intranet updates for product launches, marketing activities, and events.
- Provide other ad hoc and general administrative support.

- IT proficient in Office packages and social media platforms.
- Proven time management skills, ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
