  • Email Marketing: Assist with email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar); build and format newsletters; maintain and organise mailing lists; track basic performance (open rates, clicks).
  • Marketing Support: Research competitors, trends, and content ideas; help prepare simple marketing materials and presentations; support campaign launches and events when required.
  • Admin Support: Light admin tasks; organising documents and files; CRM updates and basic data entry; general support to keep the office running smoothly.

Valor Collective is a boutique, female-led design & build studio working across high-end residential projects in prime central London. We specialise in bespoke interiors, kitchens, joinery and stone.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant Intern to support our brand, content, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility, not a passive internship. You will work closely with the Principal and senior team across marketing, content, and light admin support. This is a 6-month unpaid internship, with a clear opportunity for a paid full-time role for the right candidate.
