Summary: The Marketing & Sales Administrative Support role at Bristan Group is a full-time, hybrid position focused on assisting the marketing and sales leadership team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and be eager to contribute to the team's success. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, supporting events, and maintaining marketing documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administrative tasks including actioning KISR’s, managing brochure requests, organising giveaways and merchandise, and supporting competition winner prizes.
- Raise and close department Purchase Orders (POs) and input budget figures into our tracker.
- Assist in booking and overseeing hospitality and events.
- Conduct basic data collation and verification as needed.
- Manage marketing data opt-outs by removing entries from Salesforce.
- Support reporting by assisting with data entry for sales team metrics, KPIs, and brochure counts.
- Take ownership of the Marketing 5’s in Warehouse.
- Oversee the marketing and sales inbox, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
- Contribute to the execution of exhibitions and events.
- Support supplier and customer meetings as required.
- Assist with campaign activities and the marketing hub.
- Create and maintain marketing processes/documentation, including competitor activity reports.
- Aid in photography and content audits.
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders for various projects.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the marketing and sales teams.
Key Skills:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and a can-do approach.
- A-levels or experience in a marketing/administrative role (desirable).
- Previous experience working in an office environment handling administrative tasks (desirable).
- Marketing qualification or equivalent (desirable).
