Summary: The Marketing and Communications Administrator role at ScreenSkills involves providing interim support to a busy marketing and communications team. Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage copy and images within the CMS, including homepage promotions.
- Proofread and upload training directory content; create application forms and assist with third-party moderation.
- Write short promotional copy for website features.
- Source images and production clips, ensuring permissions and accurate filing.
- Contribute ideas to content planning meetings and support campaign delivery.
- Research and source content for social media round-ups.
- Create social graphics using existing templates.
- Identify and coordinate case studies and outreach contacts.
- Provide proofreading and creative feedback.
- Assist with event logistics, guest lists, inbox management, invoices and venue liaison.
- Compile speaker materials (bios, headshots, AV, briefing documents).
- Support venue visits, event delivery and post-event follow-up.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Marketing and team.
- Manage the team planning calendar (Asana).
- Respond to requests from internal teams and external partners.
- Manage relevant Outlook inboxes.
Key Skills:
- Experience using Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Word and Teams).
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Good copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience delivering support at events.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Role purpose: This Marketing and Communications Administrator is designed to provide interim support to an active marketing and communications team during a particularly busy period. Supporting the team across marketing, online content, social media and events activity as well as general admin duties. A very hands-on opportunity suited to someone keen to increase their exposure to a variety of marketing.
