Summary: The Shopper Marketing Analyst role involves leading the creation and execution of a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan for a Retail District, focusing on understanding shopper needs and collaborating with various marketing managers. The position requires experience in FMCG/CPG and a strong analytical aptitude to evaluate marketing performance and manage budgets. This is a temporary position for one year, based in Bracknell, with a hybrid working model. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for shopper marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, execution, and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
  • Understand the assigned shopper group and their shopping habits.
  • Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Trade Marketing Managers.
  • Develop a solid understanding of brands, products, and brand campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of marketing tactics and manage the budget.
  • Analyze marketing performance to optimize future strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in Shopper or Consumer Marketing or Account Management within FMCG - B2C Market.
  • Strong analytical aptitude.
