Summary: The Shopper Marketing Analyst role involves leading the creation and execution of a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan for a Retail District, focusing on understanding shopper needs and collaborating with various marketing managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, execution, and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
- Understand the assigned shopper group and their shopping habits.
- Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Trade Marketing Managers.
- Develop a solid understanding of brands, products, and brand campaigns.
- Build relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts.
- Evaluate the financial viability of marketing tactics and manage the budget.
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize future strategies.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Marketing or higher from an accredited institution.
- Experience in Shopper or Consumer Marketing or Account Management within FMCG - B2C Market.
