  • Leading shopper marketing and retailer.com execution
  • Building compelling customer selling stories and sales materials
  • Managing agencies and activation calendars to keep everything moving at pace
  • Tracking performance, evaluating activity and feeding insight back into future plans

Key Skills:

  • FMCG marketing experience (food & drink strongly preferred)
  • Strong brand / digital / commercial execution capability
  • Confidence working with retailers, agencies and cross-functional teams

The Opportunity We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, private-equity-backed FMCG food business that is on a mission to build and redefine an entire category in the UK. Already the #1 player in Europe within its space, the UK has been identified as a major growth market — with strong listings across the major grocery multiples. To support this growth, the business is hiring a Marketing & Commercial Execution Manager . A hands-on, delivery-focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and loves making things happen. This is a temp-to-perm role , designed to bring immediate impact, structure and momentum, and will be highly likely become permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing This is a broad, high-impact execution role spanning brand, digital, shopper and commercial delivery. You’ll work closely with the UK Sales & Marketing Director and act as the engine behind flawless execution. Key focus areas include:

  • Owning UK NPD & EPD project management, ensuring launches land on time and on budget

This is not a “press the buttons” marketing role, you’ll be building the playbook as you go.

What We’re Looking For You’ll likely come from an FMCG food or drink background, with strong exposure to grocery customers and a proven track record of delivering marketing plans, not just designing them. We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • FMCG marketing experience (food & drink strongly preferred)
  • Strong brand / digital / commercial execution capability
