Key Responsibilities:

  • Research industry regulations and guidelines
  • Compile and interpret data from industry reports
  • Collect data on customer types, competitors, and marketplace
  • Consolidate information and translate it into actionable items, reports, and presentations
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis on all competitors
  • Analyze market trends, pricing/business models, messaging, value propositions, sales, and methods of operation
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
  • Produce highly effective communication to support new product development and PMM
  • Monitor the progress of data collection and maintain a live view of the competitive landscape
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support new product development and campaign development
  • Conduct customer surveys both digitally and face-to-face
  • Work with cross-departmental project teams
