Responsibilities
Provide direct support to desk teams, addressing Market Data issues, BAU activities, small-scale projects, and documentation of processes and knowledge.
Identify and propose new processes, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Define and specify new functionalities required by projects spanning the front, middle, and back office.
Develop innovative solutions to business challenges, leveraging technology to drive differentiation, operational efficiency, and improved user experiences.
Investigate and resolve complex functional software issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Identify and assess risks, escalate significant issues, and deliver informed recommendations to mitigate impacts.
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to ensure system and process reliability.

Skills Required
A technical background with SQL and python
Experience on working with different asset classes (Equities, Bonds, Derivatives).
A minimum 2.1 degree from a Russell Group University
Buy side experience is required
Excellent communication skills
