Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, security, and sustainability performance in marine vessel operations.
- Verify marine vessels according to legislation, industry standards, and Classification Society requirements.
- Maintain vessel specification, integrity, and safe operations documentation.
- Act as Company Representative for marine vessel contracts, liaising with contractors.
- Lead risk management and performance reviews with contractors.
- Maintain relationships with OEUK and Fishing Industry bodies as Fisheries Liaison Officer.
- Monitor marine vessel performance, including technical effectiveness and emissions management.
- Implement continuous improvement opportunities in logistics operations.
- Represent the client’s Logistics function at industry forums.
Key Skills:
- Seagoing marine experience in a senior officer position.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
