Summary: The Manufacturing Trainer role is a 9-month contract position based in Crewe, focusing on identifying and addressing learning and development needs within an automotive OEM environment. The trainer will be responsible for determining appropriate training methods, audience engagement, and evaluating return on investment. Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in the UK and travel within the EU.
