Your new role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, leading by example and supporting the production of specialist products within an ISO 7 cleanroom.
You'll work with advanced manufacturing processes, semi-automated equipment and quality-focused procedures while helping to train colleagues, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
The role offers a varied mix of manufacturing, quality, troubleshooting and process improvement responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their technical career further.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within a manufacturing, production or cleanroom environment.
- Understanding of GMP, GDP, quality standards and safe working practices.
- Experience following SOPs and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in scientific, engineering or technical processes.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement activities would be advantageous.
