Key Responsibilities:
- Translate design intent into comprehensive technical instructions and manufacturing data for aircraft detail manufacture, assembly, test, and certification.
- Ensure all documentation and work meet procedural and regulatory standards.
- Lead project management efforts for manufacturing, assembly, testing, and certification methods, tools, and process improvements.
- Evaluate manufacturing capacity, recommend enhancements, and suggest changes to product design standards as needed.
- Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical shopfloor support for operations, supply chain, and final assembly lines.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in business management tools.
- SAP (desirable).
- Microsoft/Google Office tools.
- Ability to operate from first principles in various manufacturing disciplines and activities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft production, engineering methods, and procedures is highly desirable.
