Summary: The Manufacturing PMO role involves driving best practices in Project Management within the manufacturing engineering department. The successful candidate will ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while promoting Agile methodologies and providing coaching to project leaders. This position requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to project management principles. Occasional travel may be required for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support projects with strong Project Management expertise and governance practices.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing project leaders on a daily basis.
  • Coach and raise awareness of best practice project management within the ME teams.
  • Shape methods and tools according to PM standards for project needs.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and stakeholder management.
  • Promote Agile WoW and act as Scrum Master when necessary.
  • Establish end-to-end project plans and control changes against the baseline.
  • Identify Earned Value Management milestones and project critical paths.
  • Track project performance throughout the lifecycle.
  • Analyze project information to anticipate deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reporting throughout all project phases.
  • Drive the Risk & Opportunity Management process and maintain the R&O register.
  • Work with Finance to compare costs and time against planning.
  • Prepare and publish reports as required.
  • Define and deliver relevant KPIs and dashboards for performance management.
  • Contribute to team reviews and support project management reviews.
  • Travel for business as required.
