Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the design and development of processes, instruments, and equipment from laboratory to manufacturing.
- Identify, deploy, and govern clinical information technologies to support product development processes.
- Manage equipment validation/acquisition and process validation/development for Precursor Production plant.
- Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and fit within overall systems architecture.
- Collaborate with business leaders, end users, partners, vendors, and service providers to deliver technology solutions.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee contractors.

My client is looking for a Manufacturing Plant Team Manager to run a Manufacturing Production plant in the BIOTECH, Chemical, Pharma space. The role directs the design and development of processes, instruments, and equipment from the laboratory through Manufacturing processes. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for identification, deployment and governance of clinical information technologies needed to support product development processes as well as directing and/or supporting technology initiatives and strategic vendor interactions. Manage equipment validation/acquisition, process validation/development and activities associated with Precursor Production plant. This role ensures that technology solutions meet the business requirements and fit within the overall systems architecture landscape. This role will work closely with business leaders, end user community, partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure delivery of technology solutions that support the business strategy and operations. While this role does not have direct reports, it does have responsibility for leading cross-functional project teams and overseeing contractors. This role requires someone with experience in technology, deployment, project management, and evaluation. You will have 10 + years management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or BIOTECH sector, preferably some Technical Development and experience of managing Implementation of R&D Projects. You will have good experience in IT, running high performing environments in multiple technical and business domains. You will have the ability to bridge functional requirements with IT solution components demonstrate facilitation skills, requirements gathering, system validation process, change control process manage IT delivery processes end-to-end. You will also have technical Experience in at least one of the following: Biotechnology or Chemical production/development, Parenteral or Solid Drug Product Manufacturing/Development, Analytical Development or Quality Control. Working as project leader/manager within pharmaceutical/biotech industry, specifically in the Clinical, Biometrics Research and Quality functional areas with excellent communication skills and facilitate cross-functional stakeholders in support of project deliverables.
