The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Master Data Administrator (MDA) to support and govern SAP master data across a complex manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and control of data supporting production planning, inventory, and costing. You will work closely with manufacturing, finance, and SAP advisors during post go-live and BAU stabilisation, acting as a central point of control for manufacturing-related master data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and govern manufacturing master data in SAP, including: Material master (manufacturing and planning views) Bills of Materials (BOMs) Routings and work centres Production versions and planning parameters
  • Ensure master data changes follow agreed governance and approval processes
  • Assess and manage the operational and financial impact of data changes
  • Support manufacturing users and resolve master data issues
  • Work alongside SAP advisors during hypercare and transition to BAU
  • Participate in data quality reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
