Summary: The Manufacturing Manager at Samworth Brothers will lead operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, focusing on performance, quality, and innovation. - Champion health & safety and food safety compliance, embedding behavioural best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) and operational excellence projects.
- Coach and develop your teams, building strong succession and engagement.
- Confidently lead during audits and stakeholder visits.

- Proven leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG operations.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, H&S legislation, SOPs, and Lean/CI methodology.
