Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-production management by overseeing all manufacturing stages from production start to delivery.
• Liaise with production teams in the Far East to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality assurance standards.
• Work with third-party inspectors to verify production adherence to requirements.
• Obtain pricing from production and logistics teams and calculate onward pricing for customers.
• Manage CRM/Project Management tools to keep project information updated in real-time.
• Conduct pre-checks with suppliers regarding stock availability, payment terms, and lead times.
• Accountable for import clearance and delivery bookings.
• Perform final shipment checks and inbound management.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in product manufacturing and logistics coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
