Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-production management team in overseeing all manufacturing stages from production start to delivery.
• Liaise with production teams in the Far East to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and compliance regulations.
• Work with third-party goods inspectors to verify adherence to quality assurance checks.
• Obtain pricing from production and logistics teams and calculate onward pricing to customers.
• Manage CRM/Project Management tools to keep project information updated in real-time.
• Conduct pre-checks with suppliers regarding stock availability, payment terms, and lead times.
• Accountable for import clearance and delivery bookings.
• Perform final shipment checks and inbound management.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in product manufacturing and logistics coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluent in Mandarin for communication with production teams in China.
