Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and schedule the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement programs to meet current and future space and facility requirements.
  • Monitor and inspect buildings and utility systems to ensure full operational readiness and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare cost estimates for building renovations and space reallocations.
  • Evaluate completed work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Support or lead safety and/or security functions within the facilities.
  • Work independently under general supervision, applying practical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems.

Certain Advantage is partnering with a leading automotive company to recruit an experienced Facilities Management Professional to support the planning, coordination, and oversight of manufacturing facility operations and improvements.
