Summary: The Manufacturing Facilities Manager role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of manufacturing facility operations for a leading automotive company in Warwickshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and schedule the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement programs to meet current and future space and facility requirements.
- Monitor and inspect buildings and utility systems to ensure full operational readiness and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare cost estimates for building renovations and space reallocations.
- Evaluate completed work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Support or lead safety and/or security functions within the facilities.
- Work independently under general supervision, applying practical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems.

- Strong understanding of building systems, utility operations, and maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and oversee construction or renovation projects.
