- Identify and deliver process improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with production operators, quality teams, and process technicians to drive operational excellence.
- Champion the Core Value Drivers through team performance: Value-Based Pricing, Profitable New Business, Productivity.
- Support the rollout of NPI work from Rolls-Royce and environmental engineering projects.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within a high-spec, regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ability to work under pressure in an intense and dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to travel (~10%) to other sites (e.g., Waltham Cross).
