The role is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery of automotive products.

Manufacturing Engineer: Job Description
- Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and reducing downtime.
- Support with NPI, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process validation and successful implementation.
- Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
