Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and budget-compliant product assembly.
• Compile and update Manufacturing Instructions.
• Design, commission, and prove associated tooling.
• Support the industrial validation process using FMEA's and FAI's.
• Resolve technical problems during the manufacturing process.
• Manage route card changes due to rework activities.
• Control configuration management by implementing design modifications.
• Support the Non Conformance Process using SAP.

Key Skills:

• Formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 and level 3 (ONC) or equivalent.
• Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent with engineering experience.
• 5 years' experience in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to interpret Design Drawings for Manufacturing Build Instructions.
• Experience in Electronic Sub Assembly manufacture to System level builds.
• Knowledge of assembly processes for small/miniature Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of customer requirements and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with Company Processes and Procedures.
• Effective communication skills within the team and organization.
