Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting DFMA, NPD and NPI activities across production and supply chain
- Leading PFMEA and risk mitigation for product designs and manufacturing processes
- Driving problem resolution using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Identifying and implementing manufacturing, assembly and testing processes for new products
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation
Key Skills:
- Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement techniques
- Experience leading change management projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical assembly principles
- Familiarity with MRP systems (IFS advantageous)
- Excellent problem-solving skills (8D, RCA, DMAIC) and communication abilities
