Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for vehicle systems and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical vehicle systems and components.
• Monitor and report on test results, including issue management to achieve People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost targets.
• Develop equipment specifications and installation requirements for manufacturing needs.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive DFM and best manufacturing practices.
• Implement vehicle testing into production environments and introduce the latest manufacturing technologies.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in vehicle testing, automotive, or heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and quality tools (8D, 5why, fishbone diagrams).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S methodologies.
• Familiarity with Vector CANape or SoMat TCE data acquisition systems.
• Good understanding of vehicle testing processes and production.
• Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter is advantageous.
