Summary: Join Airbus as a Manufacturing Engineer at their Broughton facility, where you will support a fast-paced production line for the A350 aircraft. This role involves leading problem-solving initiatives and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with production teams, manage work orders, and ensure smooth operations throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have previous manufacturing experience and strong technical skills, particularly in aviation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to the production team, tackling technical issues and driving improvements on the shop floor.
- Lead and deliver projects focused on cycle time, efficiency, and industrial excellence.
- Manage work orders and escalate recurring issues to specialist support teams.
- Anticipate and plan for capacity changes, ensuring smooth operations throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in aviation or large global manufacturing environments.
- Technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 / HNC or equivalent.
- Experience with CATIA and SAP is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Salary (Rate): £26.92 per hour PAYE

Great communicator: You'll need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Shift pattern: Double day shifts (Monday to Friday, alternating mornings and afternoons) with a 20% uplift on rate.
