Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer role at Meritus involves supporting new aviation programs with a focus on wing systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and Influence Major Modifications through the Co-design Milestone Gate (MG) process.
• Prepare for, and participate in, project reviews and workshops.
• Establish a robust modification management process in conjunction with the Programme organisation.
• Support Design reviews including DSR, IDR, PDR & CDRs.
• Deliver ME tasks to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People targets.
• Ensure Industrial System design meets ME process requirements.
• Ensure all ME processes meet EHS/Quality regulatory requirements.
• Drive lean manufacturing principles for effective manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplined transnational team.
• Generate new project ideas and contribute to R&T projects.
