Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer (Engine Testing) role in Stafford involves working on process improvements and leading new product introduction (NPI) projects within a specialist team. Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a range of process improvement projects.
- Helping to lead a number of NPI projects from cradle to grave.
- Reviewing all processes in the engine testing area.
- Ensuring test beds are operated at optimum levels.
- Identifying areas for improvement in engine testing processes.
