Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage test schedules and activities across four large engine test cells for 4 and 5000 series products.
  • Provide day-to-day engineering support for engine testing, ensuring test plans are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) test programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and modifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to engine test equipment and test processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the test cell area to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
